What do you think about when you're feeling down?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 19, 2008:
I would quiet my thinking and open my eyes and ears and let my body feel the ground under my feet and the cool or heat of the air I would hold myself gently in my hand.

There is a difference between thinking and feeling, Isn't there. I started to express this but couldn't find the words. Didn't need to as you did it perfectly…Thanks
You're picture answers this question for me. Invariably when I'm down or feeling small and not worth as much as I know I am, all I have to do is focus on something in nature. Perspective is instantly restored. What is truly important comes flooding back to me. Thanks for sharing your photos. They are so healing.
